Fiber Laser Service Centre Set-up in Singapore
Sintec Optronics is proud to announce the establishment of a Fiber Laser Service Center (FLSC) here in Singapore with Raycus. This FLSC will provide full repair service for Raycus fiber lasers in Southeast Asia. Our capabilities will include fiber laser fault analysis, fiber cleaving (straight and angled), fiber splicing (SM & PM), fiber tapering, fiber recoating, refurbishing, attaching of fiber connectors, power supply & control etc. As the authorised distributor of Raycus here, the establishment of this service centre will make us provide better post-sales service and technical support to our valued customers.

10-100W Q-Switched Pulse Fiber Laser Series:
The 10-100W Q-Switched Pulse Fiber Laser Series developed by Raycus is the industrial marking and micromachining laser developed by Raycus. This series pulse laser has high peak power, high single-pulse energy and optional spot diameter and can be widely applied in the fields, such as marking, precision processing, graphic engraving of non-metal, gold, silver, copper and aluminum with altitude stress resistance, stainless materials without altitude stress resistance. Its marking process features lower cost and more stable performance compared with traditional laser. All components of the 10-100W Q-switched pulse fiber laser are developed by Raycus independently, with high product reliability. And its good compatibility has well recognized by the market and its quality has reached the international advanced level.
Short-Pulse Fiber Laser Series:
The brand-new Short-Pulse Fiber Laser Series launched by Raycus has a variety of pulse width options, including high average power (10-100W), high-peak power ( <15kW) and 2-350ns, adjustable repetition frequencies of 10-1000kHz, short pulse setup time ( <100μs), online modifiable pulse width and other characteristics. It is ideal for industrial applications in the field of solar photovoltaic, thin film cutting, sheet material cutting, welding, surface cleaning of materials, fine marking and material deepening, etc.
Single Mode CW Fiber Lasers:
The third-generation Single Mode CW fiber laser series developed by Raycus ranges from 300W to 2,000W, the new lasers has higher electro-optical conversion efficiency, higher and more stable optical quality, stronger altitude stress-resisting capacity and it applies optimized second-generation fiber transmission system to ensure more stable and more sophisticated cutting effect in thick sheet cutting. This machine applies to many application scenarios: cutting, welding, holing, medical device processing, etc., with a narrow seam of the cut sheet and bright section. Compared with same lasers, it has obvious advantages.
High-Power Multimode Continuous Fiber Laser Series:
The High-Power Multimode Continuous Fiber Laser Series developed by Raycus ranges from 1,500W to 12,000W, with high electro-optical conversion efficiency, high light beam quality, high energy density, wide modulation frequency, high reliability, long lifetime.
Fiber Delivered Direct Diode Laser Series:
The Fiber Delivered Direct Diode Laser Series developed by Raycus ranges from 80W to 4,000W, with higher electro-optical conversion efficiency and stable output power.
Quasi-Continuous Fiber Laser Series:
The Quasi-Continuous Fiber Laser Series developed by Raycus ranges from 75W to 600W, with higher electro-optical conversion efficiency, better optical quality and lower maintenance cost. This series product is a perfect alternative of existing light-pumped YAG laser and is an ideal choice for spot welding, seam welding, boring and other industrial applications needing wide pulse and high peak due to its persified compatibility and the convenience for most YAG systems to use it with simple transformation.
