Today, as laser technology is widely applied in industrial processing, medical aesthetics, scientific research experiments and other fields, the performance of core optical components directly determines the efficiency and stability of laser systems. As a leading enterprise specializing in the R&D and production of laser optical components, we rely on our two core products—ceramic reflectors and STV series glass laser cavities—to provide global customers with highly adaptable and reliable optical solutions. We help laser equipment break through performance bottlenecks and achieve more precise, longer-lasting stable operation.

I. Ceramic Reflectors: High Reflectivity, Strong Durability, Adapting to Diverse Laser Application Scenarios

Our ceramic reflectors are based on high-purity aluminum oxide, creating core components that combine excellent optical performance and durability, and serving as the "energy transmission core" for different types of laser systems.

1. Outstanding Performance, Maximized Efficiency

Made of 99.7% high-purity Al₂O₃ porous ceramic material (99% Al₂O₃ for the STG series), they form a controlled porous structure through high-temperature sintering. The reflectivity exceeds 96% in the 500-2000nm wide wavelength range (with a typical value of 97-98%), and the STG series maintains a reflectivity of over 95% in the 400-1200nm band. The diffuse reflection characteristic enables the light source radiation to flow back into the cavity through both reflection and refraction, significantly improving the optical coupling efficiency from the light source to the laser rod, directly reducing the energy consumption of the laser system and enhancing the stability of output power.

At the same time, the product possesses excellent physical and chemical properties: good thermal conductivity can quickly dissipate the heat generated by the laser crystal to avoid optical distortion; the high flexural strength of 150-170MPa, combined with excellent chemical resistance, can withstand the erosion of cooling fluids and long-term high-temperature operation. Compared with traditional metal-coated reflectors, its service life is extended several times, and there is almost no risk of damage, significantly reducing the maintenance cost of equipment.

2. Full Coverage of Scenarios, Flexible Model Options

Whether for the high-power requirements of industrial laser processing or the precise optical control of medical aesthetics, our ceramic reflectors can be accurately adapted:

  • Lamp-pumped solid-state lasers: Multiple shape models are available, including BAB (circular), ZAB (irregular), LAK (rectangular with one concave side), etc., covering single-lamp and dual-lamp designs, and adapting to low-to-high power Nd:YAG laser systems. For example, the ZAB146 model supports a dual-lamp and single-rod structure, and the elliptical cavity design of the LAK series optimizes energy focusing.

  • Diode-pumped solid-state lasers: The CRDP series is designed specifically, with inner diameter, number of diode groups and cross-sectional shape marked. For instance, the CRDP-12.2-76.3-5-CRL circular reflector can arrange 5 groups of diode bars around the YAG rod, meeting the efficient energy transmission of side pumping.

  • Beauty and IPL equipment: The CRIPL series offers teardrop-shaped and multi-hole customization, supporting both glazed and unglazed processes. For example, the CRIPL-19-48-3G glazed design with 3 holes can accurately filter clutter, ensuring the phototherapeutic effect and safety of IPL equipment.

3. Customized Services to Meet Special Needs

For non-standard laser systems, we support full-dimensional customization from size and shape to function: we can produce ultra-large components with a maximum length of over 250mm according to customers' drawings, and also customize special glazes (such as yellow glaze to filter wavelengths below 450nm) and adjust the number and distribution of holes. Whether it is prototype development, small-batch trial production or mass production, we can respond quickly to ensure the perfect fit between the components and the equipment.

II. STV Series Glass Laser Cavities: Corrosion Resistance and Stability, Safeguarding Long-Term Reliable Operation of Lasers

As the "optical channel core" of laser systems, our STV series glass laser cavities are based on high-quality quartz materials, solving the problems of easy corrosion and short service life of traditional ceramic or resin cavities, and providing long-term stable operation guarantee for laser systems.

1. High-Quality Material Selection, Powerful Performance

Selected quartz glass, fused silica and special quartz materials such as cerium-doped, europium-doped and samarium-doped quartz not only have strong corrosion resistance to withstand the long-term erosion of cooling fluids and chemical reagents, but also possess excellent light transmission stability—with a surface quality of 60/40 standard and a light-transmitting aperture of 95%, ensuring the lossless transmission of laser energy. Compared with ceramic concentrating cavities, the glass material is easier to clean, avoiding the accumulation of impurities affecting optical performance; compared with resin cavities, it has better high-temperature resistance, which can adapt to the long-term high-power laser operation environment and significantly extend the service life.

2. Flexible Structure, Strong Adaptability

It supports the design of single-hole flow tubes and multi-hole flow tubes, which can be used as cavity filters for lamp-pumped lasers to effectively filter stray light and fluid impurities, ensuring the laser output quality. The model naming is clear and standardized. For example, STV-ZAB-45-2 represents a ZAB irregular shape, 45mm in length and 2 holes. Customers can quickly select the corresponding model according to the structure and filtering needs of the laser system; at the same time, we support the customization of size and hole distribution according to drawings, with a tolerance controlled within ±0.1mm, meeting the installation requirements of high-precision equipment.
