Damien presented on “All-Fiber CPA Toward High Peak Power fs Pulses at 1875nm Using Normal Dispersion Thulium Fiber (NDTF)” at CLEO-PR on 5 August 2020 in Session 5H – Fiber Optic Light Sources. CLEO-PR was held online for the first time due to the COVID19 situation and was widely praised for the success of the transition to online platform. In the presented work, soliton pulses at 1875nm are stretched in a highly-nonlinear fiber, amplified through a novelly designed NDTF, and compressed in telecom fiber from 3.3ps to 309fs.
